Aerotek A&P Mechanic in Erlanger, Kentucky

Job Description:

We are seeking qualified A&P Mechanics for line maintenance primarily on Boeing 737-400 & 737-800 aircraft. This role involves preflight and postflight checks, discrepancy repair, and ensuring that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with the appropriate aircraft maintenance manual, company policies, and procedures. The initial schedule is Monday to Thursday from 11 PM to 9 AM. Following team development and training, a shift to a 7 on, 7 off schedule is planned, where mechanics will work 80 hours across 7 days followed by 7 days off.

Hard Skills:

  • A&P License (Must Have)

  • Ability to perform inspections, servicing, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with maintenance manuals

  • Proficiency in using tools and equipment for repair and maintenance tasks

  • Basic computer skills for documentation
