JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Read, understand and follow instructions listed on reports/pick sheets
· Check and add all materials listed on pick sheets
· Precisely weigh materials from production areas to be put back into stock
· Follow QC sampling procedures
· Report QC deviations
· Execute all required transactions on terminal software and handheld scanners
· Pull & return material in approved locations in warehouses
· Follow ISO9001, GMP and HACCP procedures
· Responsible for inventory record accuracy of 95% or greater
· Other duties as necessary
· Able to stand, walk, lift, reach and bend throughout 8 hour shift.
· Able to lift up to 50 pounds
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School, equivalent or degree in related field preferred
· 3+ years" experience in Shipping, Receiving and Logistics & Transportation
· Bar-code experience
· Forklift (standup) experience
· Basic math skills
· Basic computer skills, (Word and Excel)
· Self-motivated & commitment to continuous improvement
