Responsibilities
As a Business Credit Analyst, the role is responsible for reviewing and analyzing moderate and sometimes complex data to prepare a detailed credit analysis that evaluates the terms and creditworthiness of commercial loan applications. The role uses multiple sources of information, including financial statements, collateral valuations, credit scores, and cash flow analysis to assign risk ratings to loans and complete an analysis of the applicant's financial status. The Business Credit Analyst will make recommendations and decisions within established internal guidelines, regulatory requirements and time frames. Finally, the role will assist in the oversight of the commercial portfolio.
SKILLS * Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. * Must be able to comprehend complex financial statements across a variety of business types * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Attention to detail and accuracy * Familiarity with PCs and applicable software * Knowledge of loan products, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data is preferred * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete on a timely basis * Assures efficient operation and adherence to security, audit and control procedures

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS * Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing * Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading * Ability to sit for extended time periods * Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment * Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel * Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects

This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location. The minimum salary for this position is:
