Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Experience and Ability to Load/Unload structural steel from flat bed trailers.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for fabrication tasks.
• Perform grinding, cutting, and welding tasks on metal components.
• Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Organize materials in an orderly and accessible manner to facilitate easy retrieval.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks on material handling equipment.
• Follow blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions to complete tasks accurately.
• Support other team members in various shop-related tasks to meet production goals.
• Meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
• Adapt to changing work environments and schedules, as warehouse operations may require different shifts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate material movements.
• Proactively identify and resolve material handling issues to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
