Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• AutoCAD Preferred but not required
• Architectural background Preferred but not required
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or clarifications from co-workers
• Intermediate to advance proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret prints, architectural drawings, financial and job cost reports
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or clarifications from co-workers.
