Job Duties and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for completing daily and monthly audits and reconciliations; including but not limited to variance analysis and key performance reporting, as well as research and report on unclaimed property. Research, reconcile and provide monthly/annual 1099 IRS reporting. Respond to customer inquiries ensuring that problems are resolved in a timely manner and with significant customer satisfaction. Follow up on customer issues within agreed upon time-frames, ensuring resolution and minimize potential for problem re-occurrence. Ensure accurate & timely completion of all audits including employee purchases via P-Card program and expense reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
Consistently meet standards of production and quality in the completion of assigned tasks
Reviews and determines accuracy of source data, account balances, calculations, postings, etc; investigates and reconciles any discrepancies
Communicate with customers and responds to inquires; takes corrective actions
Analyze compiled data and recommends appropriate actions
Completes Key Performance Reporting and recommendations
Complete monthly reconciliations
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and brings them to management attention
Develop queries; generate and distribute reports and work product
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education: Bachelor's or Associate's Degree (or degree in progress) in accounting or related field is preferred; and two plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence and to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees of the organization; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
Ability to prioritize and possess strong organizational skills
Maintain a high degree of professionalism, discipline and enjoy the competitive spirit of adventure
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $43,100.00/Hour - $61,600.00/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
