Job Title: Electrical Foreman
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing electrical projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and leading a team of electricians. This role involves overseeing electrical work for multi-family new construction and commercial installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage electrical projects from start to finish
Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and safety regulations
Coordinate efforts with project managers, contractors, and other trades
Lead and inspire a team of electricians, providing direction and support
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise
Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman in multi-family or commercial projects
Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid electrician's license and relevant certifications

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00/hr.
