Key Responsibilities: As an Equipment Set Up Technician, your role will be crucial in ensuring our customers receive equipment that\'s ready to roll. Your duties will include: Setting up lawn and turf equipment, ensuring it\'s in perfect working condition. Performing reel grinding and sharpening for equipment as needed. Conducting routine maintenance to keep our equipment in top shape. Collaborating with our team to maintain an organized and efficient workflow. Qualifications: We\'re seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications: Strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for equipment maintenance. Ability to diagnose and perform minor repairs on lawn and turf equipment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
