Actalent Landscape Architect in Ellicott City, Maryland

The Landscape Architect will be responsible for working on a wide range of large and small projects including residential, mixed-use, commercial, and institutional. The position includes direct mentorship of junior staff and working with staff to develop design drawings. Environmental assessments of sites and preparation of these plans for approval by the agencies would also be required. The position would include regular meetings with clients and agencies. An understanding of development design, and the review and approval processes within the various local agencies is desired.
Top Skills & Qualifications:
At least 2-3+ years of landscape designing with common software (Photoshop, Adobe, SketchUp, etc.)
Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or Engineering
Knowledge or familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D

This is a fully on-site position in Ellicott City, Maryland.
