    About the Position

As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor at CCBS, you will be working amongst a team of highly-skilled clinicians and supervising Program Managers as well as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as they learn critical skills necessary to be a quality-focused clinician. This role is regarded as a senior-level mentor and practitioner; responsible for high-quality, ethical supervision and programming through the intentional application of applied behavior analysis (ABA) not only with clients, but staff as well. Our ideal candidate has a strong desire to apply organizational behavior management (OBM) techniques. They understand that when there is trust and respect amongst colleagues as well as a high regard for quality treatment, our clients benefit the most. You will also be responsible for assessments such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, Essentials for Living, and FBA/FAs. In a nutshell, we are looking for an ethical, professional, and highly-skilled BCBA who enjoys collaboration, having fun with their team, and above all, ensuring our clients' success through strong clinical support and leadership!

Qualifications

  • Holds a master's degree and BCBA credential

  • At least 3 years of experience in ABA

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience

  • Respects client dignity at all times and utilizes person-centered, neurodiversity-affirming treatment methods

  • High regard for prompt and respectful communication with all stakeholders

  • Self-initiates

  • Engages in empathetic support with clients, supervisees and peers with professionalism

  • Is eager to learn and engages in continuous opportunities for growth

  • Works well with others and fosters collaboration amongst staff

  • Has a positive attitude and problem solves when faced with time-sensitive matters

  • Writes professionally and succinctly

  • Experience using various ABA procedures and data collection methods

  • Integrates behavioral skills training (BST) effortlessly and intentionally throughout trainings

  • Monitors and adheres to administrative timelines and tasks

  • Holds self and others to high ethical standards

  • Reliable vehicle

  • Willing to drive up to 40 miles a day

  • Clear background screening

  • Clear TB test within three weeks
