Summary:

The U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) is implementing the Accessions Information Environment (AIE) to modernize its recruiting and processing systems. AIE aims to replace multiple legacy systems with a single, integrated platform. This initiative will enhance prospecting, processing, and future Soldier management, potentially leading to improvements in identifying and retaining qualified candidates. Join Goldbelt Glacier supporting iterative, interactive and collaborative process supporting the implementation of the AIE System using the agile software acquisition process specified in DoDI 5000.87.

The Program Manager (PM) shall be responsible for the performance of the work, contract compliance, and quality control under this TO. The program manager shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this TO.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Serve as the lead representative for all contractual, operational, and performance-related matters under the Task Order.
  • Ensure contract compliance, performance monitoring, and effective quality control.
  • Designate an alternate PM in writing to ensure continuity of operations; submit required documentation to the KO and HR Solutions Portal within five business days of TO award or PM replacement (IAW CDRL D004).
  • Act as the primary liaison with Government officials, stakeholders, and contractor team members.
  • Oversee all aspects of program planning, execution, and reporting to ensure alignment with contract objectives.
  • Manage program risk, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Apply change management strategies and performance evaluation processes to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, facilitation, and time management skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business administration, management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years in an advanced program management role experience.
  • PMI-ACP or SAFe Agilist Certification, or ability to obtain within 60 days at no cost to the Government.
  • Ability to successfully pass an employment background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting Government contracts or federal programs.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse teams and complex projects in a dynamic environment.
