Aerotek CNC Machinist in Eldridge, Iowa

Job Description:

Join our team in a critical role as a CNC machinist on the 3rd shift. You will be operating CNC machines and performing manual machinist duties to support new international projects and contracts for military & government entities. We are seeking dedicated individuals interested in a long-term commitment to quality and precision in machining. Candidates looking to work within a climate controlled and unique atmosphere should apply!

Hard Skills:

  • Operation and adjustment of CNC Mill and Lathe

  • Understanding of machining processes including drilling, milling, and turning

  • Use of precision measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and height stands

  • Ability to measure to .001 and overall working within tight tolerances

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum 2-3 years of CNC machining experience

  • Must be able to pass pre-hiring criteria.

  • Must be available to train on 1st shift prior to transitioning to 3rd.

Additional Information:

  • Pay dependent on experience

  • 3rd shift comes with a shift premium of $3!

  • Weekly pay and full benefits (medical/dental/vision)
