Title: SENIOR MANAGER, GLOBAL E-COMMERCE

What You Will Do:
As the Senior Manager, Global E-commerce for NYX Professional Makeup, you will play a critical role in accelerating the brand's online sales growth worldwide. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies across key areas including content, assortment and activation to ensure the brand consistently outperforms the market and we are seizing opportunities in the fast-changing digital landscape.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
E-commerce Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of how to win on major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, TikTok Shop etc) and a proven track record of driving e-commerce sales growth and exceeding KPIs.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in analyzing e-commerce data, extracting insights, and creating reports to inform decision-making.
Project Management: Excellent project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and meeting deadlines.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic thinking skills to develop and execute global e-commerce strategies.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Able to work proactively and independently to bring initiatives to life and drive them through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Content Strategy & Execution:
Lead and execute the global e-commerce content strategy in collaboration with the Assistant Vice President – Digital & E-Commerce to engage consumers, elevate the brand experience, and drive conversion.
Lead the annual content refreshes for hero products, ensuring impactful storytelling and visual merchandising.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and product development, to ensure timely and efficient content delivery that adheres to brand guidelines.
Assortment Optimization:
Leverage data-driven insights, including search trends, customer purchase behavior, and product reviews, to inform global product development and go-to-market strategies.
Proactively identify gaps and opportunities within the online assortment and make recommendations to maximize sales potential and ensure w e are meeting consumer’s evolving needs.
E-commerce Event Strategy & Activation:
Develop and execute a strategic calendar of high-impact, mono-brand e-commerce events designed to generate excitement, drive incremental visibility, recruit new consumers, and boost sales.
Analyze post-event data to measure effectiveness, identify key learnings, and refine future strategies.
TikTok Shop Strategy & Management:
In partnership with Chief Digital & Marketing Office (CDMO) Teams, develop and lead the brand's global strategy for TikTok Shop, identifying innovative opportunities to connect engaging content with seamless commerce experiences.
Develop a deep understanding of the TikTok platform and its unique user base to create targeted campaigns and activations that resonate with the community and drive product sell-out.
Amazon Strategy & Performance Optimization:
Drive the implementation of the global Amazon strategy across local markets, partnering with local teams to adapt and execute plans effectively.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive Amazon scorecard that tracks relevant (KPIs) for key stakeholders providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize performance and maximize the brand's presence within the marketplace.
Zone & Market Partnership & Enablement:
Act as a central point of contact and strategic advisor for Zone and Market leads, providing support, guidance, and best practices on e-commerce strategies and tactics.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across different regions to drive global e-commerce growth and ensure consistency in brand messaging and online experience.
E-commerce Reporting, Analysis & Insights:
Collaborate with Finance and Consumer Market Insights (CMI) teams to establish robust reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely e-commerce sales reporting.
Analyze data, contextualize findings within the broader market landscape, and share actionable insights with relevant teams to inform decision-making, drive strategic planning, and fuel continuous improvement.
Salary Range: $107,600- $153,300 + Bonus
