Operating as a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. What you get to do every single day

  • Realize compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures and controls by working with business partners

  • Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations

  • Assemble monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting

  • Work with internal and external auditors to coordinate quarterly reviews and testing

  • Create analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)

  • An endless desire to improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process

  • Administer monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP

  • Complete other projects as required

  • Be a part of various initiatives spanning multiple departments Requirements - Ability to work well with functional department managers

  • Proficient at analyzing financial data and promptly creating accurate reports

  • Familiarity with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required

  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail

  • BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred

  • Accounts Payable (AP) experience preferred

  • Command of bank reconciliations

  • Balance sheets experience

  • Bank Account Reconciliation experience

  • Vow to meet business deadlines

  • Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks

  • SOX internal control assessments (Section 404) experience

  • Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills

  • ERP system experience

  • Ability to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent, and to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment

  • Substantial knowledge in financial reporting

  • 3+ years of overall general accounting experience
