Job Summary
The Assistant Manager of Consumer Engagement will play a critical role in elevating and accelerating our experiential marketing, partnerships, and events at Youth To The People. This role will also contribute to the execution, evolution and success of our brand mailer progra ms . The idea candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of the current social media marketing and influencer landscape, strong communication skills, and a passion for skincare.
Key Responsibilities:
Experiential Events Support:
Support and coordinate event briefing, planning, production and execution.
Gather competitive references and insights to share with the larger team
Support on-site production, relationship management, and post-activation reporting.
Contribute to 360 activation planning around events and experiential to maximize impact and brand awareness.
Partnership Support:
Assist with the coordination and execution of brand partnerships at all levels.
Collaborate with the marketing team and DMI when applicable to ensure campaign alignment with overall brand strategy.
Mailer Program Development:
Support the planning and production of the YTTP evergreen, launch, and VIP mailer programs.
Contribute to the development and execution of the influencer mailer program, including product selection, packaging, and outreach.
Manage the mailer inventory and track shipments.
Gather feedback and sentiment in addition to performance to be shared out and incorporated into future program iterations.
Community Engagement:
Where applicable, monitor social media conversations and identify opportunities to engage with influencers and the wider beauty community via experiential and mailers.
Respond to influencer inquiries and provide support where applicable.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on key performance indicators related to events, experiences, partnerships, and mailers.
Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or community management.
Deep understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Passion for skincare and the beauty industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
Bonus Points:
Existing relationships with beauty influencers.
Experience with influencer marketing platforms.
Knowledge of social listening tools.
