Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer with 5-7 years of experience in the automotive industry. This role focuses on ensuring product quality and reliability through meticulous inspection and robust quality plans. You will support second shift operations and contribute to manufacturing excellence in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections and develop inspection plans.

• Participate in Material Review Board and Failure Review Board meetings.

• Report and document non-conformance issues.

• Utilize Manufacturing Execution Systems to streamline processes.

• Apply knowledge of GD&T and inspection tools.

• Perform functional tests and support electrical/electronics quality assurance.

• Support second shift operations for continuous quality control.

Essential Skills:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the automotive industry.

• Proficiency in quality inspection and inspection tools.

• Knowledge of GD&T.

• Experience with non-conformance reporting and Manufacturing Execution Systems.

• Experience in functional testing and electrical/electronics quality assurance.

• Experience in aerospace and defense, electronics manufacturing.

• Knowledge of micron antenna bonding, micron electronics integration, micron functional test, and micron rework.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr. Company benefits include stock, relocation bonus, stipend of $1,050 a month, and housing for 2-3 months in midland.
