DELTA SOUTHERN PROPERTIES CORPORATION Maintenance and Repair Worker in El Paso, Texas
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year Apartment Maintenance / Repair worker experience is required for this position.
Education: High School Diploma / GED is required per policy
Language: No restrictions (Spanish is a plus) to communicate with clients and staff.
Driver's License: Standard Class C License is required to complete assigned job tasks
Requirements: - Must submit to criminal Background check
Duties: Install laminate Tile Painting Change Thermostats Change a water heater Plumbing =unclog toilets, sinks, showers HVAC Refrigeration is a plus
Shift: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
