- High school degree or equivalent.
- Graduate of a vocational training school with diploma in Professional Nursing, Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide.

- Meets all health and safety requirements deemed necessary for employment including but not limited to a negative Tuberculosis Screening - Skin Test/Chest X-ray.
- Certified as a Home Health Aide and/or Nursing Assistant in the State of Texas.
- Current CPR.

Minimum of one (1) year experience either a home health aide or certified nursing assistant.
Geriatric and/or Home Health experience preferred.
