Responsible for main door entrance and visitors.
Sort and forward incoming mail and emails and prepare and send outgoing mail.
Send temporary new hire information.
Coordinate new hires, including ID badges, car permits and initial training.
Coordinate CBP K9 training sessions.
Purchasing packing and office supplies.
Communicate with employees and respond to queries.
Maintain filing cabinets, daily reports and work-load database.
Organize and maintain seals.
Operate office equipment.
Coordinate activities and disseminate information to all employees in the building.
Primary contact for security and safety activities and projects.
Other related activities as applicable.
