Key Responsibilities:
Record financial transactions such as sales, receipts, purchases, and payments.
Maintain and update the general ledger and chart of accounts.
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly.
Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
Prepare financial statements and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and relevant regulations.
Work with accountants for tax preparation and annual audits.
Manage payroll or assist with payroll processing, if required.
Organize and maintain financial records and documentation.
Monitor cash flow and provide regular reports to management.
