Key Responsibilities:
  • Record financial transactions such as sales, receipts, purchases, and payments.

  • Maintain and update the general ledger and chart of accounts.

  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly.

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.

  • Prepare financial statements and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and relevant regulations.

  • Work with accountants for tax preparation and annual audits.

  • Manage payroll or assist with payroll processing, if required.

  • Organize and maintain financial records and documentation.

  • Monitor cash flow and provide regular reports to management.
