Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Production Engineer to join our client's team in El Dorado, AR. This engineer will be working in a manufacturing plant and will be responsible for the improvement of production processes. They should come from a production and manufacturing background and be comfortable measuring and diagnosing production inefficiencies. The right person will be have a degree in engineering and be comfortable communicating with Continuous Improvement leaders to make improvements across the plant. This person should have hands on experience conducting time studies, capacity planning, and production line audits. This position will be responsible for any initiatives that lead to the automation future for the company.

Skills and Requirements

-Associate or Bachelors degree in engineering or engineering technology (Mechanical Preferred)

-2+ years of experience working within a manufacturing environment in an engineering capacity

-Experience working on manufacturing machines, production lines, and robotics

• Hands on experience conducting line audits, capacity studies, and time studies related to the efficiency of a manufacturing plant Bachelors degree
