Lockheed Martin Multi Function Information Systems Administrator - NASC Shift Lead 3 in Eglin AFB, Florida

Description: The Challenge:

Crave a challenge that is also rewarding? This position is for a NASC Operations shift lead at the National ALIS Support Center, Tier 2 Service Desk. You will be responsible helping maintain fielded, operational ALIS/ODIN Nodes across the F-35 enterprise to include the security and integrity of our systems that keep our jets flying. It takes more than steel, advanced electronics and engine thrust to make the F-35 Lightning II, the world's fifth generation fighter, take flight. It is the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) that gives F-35 Lightning II operators the ability to plan, to maintain, to plan and sustain its systems over the life of the air vehicle. ALIS provides the IT backbone and capabilities to support current and future Warfighters across the U.S. and allied military services.

Special Requirements:

This position will support the F35 National ALIS Support Center Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) The successful candidate will serve as a Multi-Function Info Analyst Operations Shift Lead (3rd Shift) supporting customers in multiple regions and time zones by providing problem resolution to Tier 1 Administrators sites in all facets of the F-35 ALIS and MPE systems.

As critical members of the NASC Team, all ALIS administrators must be able to:

• Obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance required for program access

• Work various shift hours to include weekends to support customer mission requirements.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Delegates/prioritizes/assigns tasks within the shift team to ensure Tier 1 customer queries are responded to quickly and driven to resolution

• Ensures complete documentation of problems and solutions within the JIRA ticketing system

• Ensures proper hand off occurs between outgoing and incoming shift personnel to avoid lapses in open tickets

• Ensures shift personnel are continuously trained on both internal processes and fielded system operations leading to growth of knowledge and independence of shift personnel

Basic Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership experience

• Secret security clearance investigation within 6 years and program access, DoD IAT Level II certification

• Prior team leadership experience

• Extensive knowledge of ALIS software and hardware

• Ability to delegate and track tasks/tickets to completion and provide training to team members when needed

• Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn all areas of F-35 system support

• Willingness to travel to support on-site taskings across the enterprise (Studies, Upgrades, etc..)

Desired Skills:

• Master Craftsman in at least one individual MFA discipline - preferably DBA or System Administration.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
