Our Canadian Transportation business is growing at a rapid pace, and we are looking for a qualified, enthusiastic, caring and collaborative individual to take on the role of Canada Roadways Growth Leader. While based in Ontario with a focus on delivering MTO and Ontario Municipal roadways projects, we are looking for the successful candidate to lead the growth our roadways portfolio across Canada.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Deliver complex roadways projects as a Technical Leader and Project Manager.
Secure and strengthen long term client partnerships and drive near to long term growth in the Canada roadways space, through:
Partnering with our operations, sales and market solutions leaders at a local, geographic and regional scale to develop unique and valued client propositions.
Leading and/or producing high quality thought leadership content and using unique insights to engage our clients.
Being highly influential in the winning of our most important opportunities and ensuring appropriate engagement and collaboration across our Market Solutions/Subject Matter Experts.
Stewardship of technical solutions and driving innovation on our projects, actively involved in quality and risk management, leveraging expertise to ensure efficiency of delivery.
Attract, develop, and retain top talent, through:
Collaborating with our leaders to develop and implement hiring strategies in the roadways space.
Intentional involvement in external professional organizations and conferences.
Active participation in our global Communities of Practices to share your experiences and knowledge.
Actively coaching, mentoring, sponsoring and training our people.
Engagement of resources across Jacobs, including our Global Integrated Delivery teams.
P.Eng. membership with Professional Engineers Ontario
Relevant bachelors or advanced degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Proven success as a collaborative and team oriented person, as well as highly resourceful and self-directed.
Extensive experience in Project Management of Transportation Infrastructure projects in Ontario, specifically with the Ministry of Transportation Ontario and other municipalities.
Demonstrated ability to conduct analysis and support the preparation technical documents such as reports, design drawings, specifications, tender documents, etc.
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with clients and work collaboratively with them.
Strong awareness and understanding of client and market impacting trends
Creative approach to value client proposition development
Experience in strategy development, business development, and sales
Excellent oral and written communication, and presentation skills
Ability to demonstrate external and internal thought leadership skills and experience
Ability to effectively deliver measurable results in a highly matrixed, fast moving, and complex environment
