Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing support to our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Coordinator will coordinate receiving and shipping operations in our finished goods warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely loading and unloading. Additionally, this role will provide systems technical assistance to forklift operators and data stewards, resolving any issues that arise during normal warehouse operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Must be available to work 2nd shift.
Utilize various information system tools to prioritize and manage loading and unloading workload.
Coordinate dock operations, including dock door assignment and trailer spotting, to maximize dock capacity and ensure proper workload sequencing.
Assign loading and unloading work to forklift operators, highlighting any special customer packaging, loading platforms, or inventory requirements.
Monitor the status of intra-plant and inter-plant replenishment orders to ensure timely arrival of needed product.
Print pick lists, review completed pick lists for accuracy, completeness and enter order adjustments and shipping paperwork.
Provide systems technical assistance to forklift operators and data stewards, resolving any WMS exceptions, RF problems, inventory and location variances, and other situations that arise.
Assist Manager and Team Leaders in documenting procedures, training new hires, and evaluating the performance of team personnel.
Perform warehouse office clerical functions and other duties as assigned, including running and printing production reports, routine queries, filing, copying, etc.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years logistics experience in manufacturing, industrial, military, dispatching or related environment.
Bilingual skills preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $40,000 to $55,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
