Everest Spice LLC aka Spice House Cook (Nepali Food) in Edison, New Jersey
Prepare, portion, and cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Nepali appetizers/food such as: Vegetable Samosas, Chicken/Veg Momos, Pan Fried or Steam Veggie Momo, Chicken Thali, Saymabaji, Goat Thali, Aachar, Naan, Sel Roti, Paratha, and various desserts. Provide excellent customer service while adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures. Setup, label, and stock station with necessary Nepali spices/supplies/inventory. Clean up kitchen and properly handle leftover foods. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards. Observe and practice all established health and sanitation procedures. Ensure the proper rotation, labeling, and dating of all products. Conduct inventory bi-weekly in a team effort.MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS: 2 years of relevant experience in job offered or as a Nepali Cook, Cook (Nepali Cuisine), Nepali Chef or related. Any suitable combination of education, training & experience is acceptable. Knowledge of Nepali cuisine required.
