The Garden restaurant is a popular gathering spot based in the Heart of Edinburgh. Offering a range of drinks and food with ever changing live entertainment in the Evenings.

The Banqueting Chef de Partie assists in running the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant, outlet and banquets, in accordance with the hotel’s standards and financial goals. The Banqueting Chef De Partie will also ensure consistent standards in all areas of the kitchen, the main aim being guest care and satisfaction.
