Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and metal fabrication, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for assembling and welding metal components according to specifications, ensuring quality and precision in every project.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on graded steel Beams
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts
- Set up welding equipment and maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure quality standards
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- Experience in welding and metal fabrication preferred
- Ability to follow Instruction and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods
- Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish
- Must be reliable and able to work in a team-oriented environment
