Description Gopher Sport, a leader in providing innovative physical education, athletic, fitness and early childhood solutions to schools and other institutions is adding entry-level Inbound Sales Representative to our Team! Earn up to $65,600 based on salary plus incentives for achieving sales goals. Our products are designed to increase physical activity and create positive, healthy learning environments. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will make sales happen! Our Inbound Sales Representatives are responsible for generating sales by effectively handling inbound and outbound order, quote, and product inquiries, and closing proposals. You will also make outbound prospecting calls to achieve revenue targets. Customers look to you for help finding the best products for their physical education, early childhood, fitness or school activity programs. You will ensure corporate and individual sales goals are achieved by becoming a product expert and guiding customers to the best product solutions for their unique needs. This position has incorporated a career progression for advancement. What will you be doing? * Achieve sales goals through successful execution of all sales plans and activities in assigned territory and Gopher brand * Effectively manage sales leads, including customer quotes and product questions * Cultivate personalized sales plans and activities by effectively executing account-and-market-specific knowledge * Demonstrate product and process expertise to provide customers with an effortless experience * Support assigned revenue goals by consistently achieving quality and accuracy standards in all aspects of your work Demonstrate corporate core values to support our culture, including: * We create delighted fans * We do everything with integrity * We are passionate about quality and excellence * We move fast to innovate and improve Requirements -College degree in business administration, education or related field from an accredited university/college, preferred; and or relevant work experience -A lifestyle or educational background that is aligned with the company's mission statement to, "help teachers and coaches get better results showing kids how to have fun and become healthier through physical activity" -NetSuite or CRM system experience preferred -Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications About Gopher Sport At Gopher Sport, we've been developing innovative solutions to help people of all ages become more active and healthier for over 75 years.
