Genesis10 is seeking a Credentialing Specialist for a remote 6+ month contract with our Fortune 5 client. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Credentialing Specialist with a strong background in healthcare payer operations. This remote position involves working closely with clients to ensure healthcare providers' efficient and accurate credentialing. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in health plans, with a focus on credentialing oversight and auditing. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive credentialing processes for healthcare providers within the context of health plans. Collaborate with clients to understand specific credentialing requirements and ensure compliance. Stay abreast of industry regulations and updates related to healthcare payer credentialing. Provide delegated credentialing oversight and auditing, ensuring adherence to established standards. Work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of credentialing activities. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Credentialing Specialist In-depth knowledge of healthcare payer processes and credentialing standards. Ability to work remotely and effectively communicate with clients. Flexibility for occasional travel, with fair warning provided to the contractor. Desired Skills: Experience in Delegated Credentialing Oversight and Auditing. Familiarity with Provider Contracting processes. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in credentialing activities. Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $50.00-$64.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions with various rate ranges.
