Job Summary:

The Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for processing invoices and issuing payments for suppliers and supports all business units.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates payment of vendors, which may include verification of federal ID numbers, reviewing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.

  • Ensures outstanding obligations are credited upon payment, identifies discount opportunities, and issues stop-payment orders as needed.

  • Performs payment activities in support of business obligations

  • Other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

  • Minimum of 5-years of professional financial experience

  • US client experience is a must.

  • Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.

  • Must be able to learn other accounting software systems.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
