URGENTLY HIRING a RF Bench Test Technician!
Location: East Rutherford, NJ Shift: Monday - Friday 6 or 7am to 3:30 or 4pm in an ITAR compliant environment.
Job Description
We are seeking an RF Bench Test Technician to join our Manufacturing Department. The ideal candidate will perform basic RF testing and troubleshooting for both new products and returned units with minimal supervision under a Test Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Perform production testing and troubleshooting of new products and returned units.
Test, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair products using test procedures, schematics, wiring diagrams, and instruction manuals.
Utilize oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and other laboratory test equipment.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Essential Skills
Minimum 2 years degree in Electronics or related field.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and other laboratory test equipment.
Ability to read and understand electronic specifications, schematics, and layouts.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to troubleshoot digital circuitry including FPGA, CPLD, and microprocessors.
People-oriented, patient, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience programming microcontrollers preferred but not required.
Avionic/Military experience with Visual Basic/LabView programming is a plus.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
