Hoselton Nissan is looking for a Service & Internet Sales Consultant!

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic sales team in the Nissan store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. As a Service & Internet Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for prospecting and mining the service drive for sales opportunities while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Vehicle Purchasing and Acquisition

  • Identify and purchase vehicles that meet the pre-owned department’s inventory needs.

  • Collaborate with management to understand current inventory demands and purchase vehicles accordingly.

  • Negotiate and evaluate trade-in values to optimize profitability.

  • Navigate daily online listings, other dealers’ websites and various other outlets to source needed inventory.

Revenue Radar and Manifest List Engagement

  • Utilize provided revenue radar tools to identify prospective customers and vehicle purchase opportunities.

  • Engage with existing and prospective customers via phone, text, and other communication channels to schedule appointments and discuss potential vehicle sales or trade-ins.

  • Act on manifest lists by reaching out to targeted vehicle owners to discuss potential purchase options.

  • Act on buy at home leads by reaching out and assisting in answering questions and engaging in conversation to help schedule appointment that would lead to sale in a timely fashion

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, demonstrating exceptional customer service.

  • Schedule appointments with customers for evaluations, providing information on trade-in values, offers, and purchase process.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for vehicle acquisition and offering clients a seamless and positive experience.

  • Maintain notes on all communication utilizing the organization’s CRM.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record in automotive sales or a related field. (We offer training if you don't have automotive sales experience.)

  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  3. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  6. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  7. High school diploma or equivalent.

POSITION SUMMARY

WORK SCHEDULE

Full time employees are regularly scheduled for 40 hours within the confines of our operating hours. Overtime as needed and approved by the manager. All employees are required to take meal breaks in accordance with New York state law.
