Hoselton Auto Mall is looking for a highly motivated, professional, and enthusiastic Internet Sales Coordinator to join our team!

Schedule:
This is a FULL-TIME opportunity (5-day work week - 40 hours/week)
Rotating shifts are: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm
Rotating days off are: Fri OR Sat, and every Sunday off
Possibility to schedule around prior commitments with advance notice
Compensation:
Typical earning range is $40,000 - $60,000
Hourly base pay plus monthly bonuses based on lead generation success
There is no cap on the potential for earned bonuses!
What Does an Internet Sales Coordinator Do?
Communicate with customers via phone and internet to generate appointments for customers interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle
Professionally facilitate the processing of inbound sales calls
Complete a daily work plan including follow up calls, emails, and customer satisfaction calls
Keep up to date on current incentives, specials, promotions, and product knowledge as necessary
Meet appointment setting goals
Maintain Customer Relationship Management database
Adhere to the National and State Do-Not-Call policies and procedures
Requirements:
Call center with lead generation experience will be given preference but is not required
Must be self-motivated and positive/enthusiastic; your success is directly tied to your efforts
Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, learn quickly and work with technology
Should have basic computer knowledge/comfort with technology
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a huge plus but not required
Must be able to successfully pass a drug test

POSITION SUMMARY
The Internet Sales Coordinator is responsible and accountable for producing committed scheduled appointments between customers and dealership managers/sales consultants to achieve departmental gross profit and performance standards through dedicated specialized telephone activity while enhancing C.S.I. and sales volumes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer and address incoming customer inquiries via telephone, online chat, and email
Schedule sales appointments
Professionally facilitate the process of internet leads and inbound sales calls
Complete daily work plan including, but not limited to:
Lease renewal follow up calls
Manifest lists
Customer satisfaction calls
Chat requests
Understand and communicate current incentives, specials, promotions and product knowledge as necessary
Contact customers using management approved outbound phone scripts and customer contact lists
Update/collect customer’s name, multiple phone numbers and email address from all incoming calls and input/correct information into appropriate databases
Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed
