Robert Half Administrative Assistant in East Rochester, New York

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in East Rochester, New York. The role involves providing administrative support within our organization, focusing primarily on tasks such as calendar management, scheduling, and assisting with dismissals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

• Manage schedules and deadlines, ensuring all appointments and meetings are accurately recorded and updated.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service.

• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in various Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Assist in the dismissal process as required, ensuring it is carried out in a professional and respectful manner.

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.

• Schedule appointments as required, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.

• Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience with answering inbound and outbound calls

• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders

• Capable of performing data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently

• Experience in scheduling appointments in a timely and organized manner

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior experience in an administrative role would be an asset.
