Booz Allen Hamilton INC. Cybersecurity Analyst in East Port Orchard, Washington

Job Number: R0191245 Cybersecurity Analyst Key Role: Support the development and submission of Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Authorization (A&A) packages. Perform responsibilities in each of the six steps of the RMF process. Implement security controls and hardening on various operating systems in accordance with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Security Requirements Guides (SRGs). Coordinate and interface with system administrators and network engineers to ensure that systems and networks are configured to meet DoD requirements for cybersecurity. Basic Qualifications: 6+ years of experience with Navy Information Assurance or cybersecurity 1+ years of experience with RMF implementation Experience with providing subject matter expertise in a cyber domain, including vulnerability assessment and scanning tools and assessing system compliance with security controls Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) STIGs or SRGs and Navy cybersecurity policies and requirements Ability to work independently to develop RMF A&A documentation and artifacts to obtain RMF Authority to Operate Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in an IT field DoD IAT Level I or II and IAM Level I or II Certification CompTIA Security +, CASP, CISSP, eMASS, ACAS or Navy Qualified Validator certification Additional Qualifications: Experience with using eMASS to populate required artifacts to support an authorization decision Experience as a System or Network Administrator Experience with ACAS scan configuration and execution Experience with Windows and Linux environments Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
