We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in software implementation. The ideal candidate will manage enterprise software onboarding projects as well as smaller initiatives in implementation, product development, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and scope to ensure alignment with leadership goals.
• Coordinate project planning, schedules, and documentation.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate delays to management.
• Serve as the point of coordination between project teams (business analysts, internal stakeholders, vendors).
• Facilitate internal meetings, document decisions, and manage action items.
• Partner with business analysts on customer-related coordination.
• Monitor risks and escalate challenges to management.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
• Use project management methodologies to track progress and manage scope changes.
• Prepare regular status reports for leadership.

Requirements:

• PMP, PMI-ACP certification preferred.
• Strong Agile experience.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in computer science or engineering.
• Proven project management experience in IT or software implementations.
• Technical background in software development and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client-facing skills.
• Strong financial acumen (budget management).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
