Position Summary(Basic Job Function)
This is a temporary or an on-call position. Provides professional support. Responsibilities may include general business, science, medical, agricultural or other professional support functions. Term: Temps can work two (2) nine (9) month terms with a week break in service in between and at the end of the second term terminate for three (3) months or switch to an on-call. On-Call allowed to work 1039 hours in any twelve (12) month period.
Unit Position Summary
Club managers will oversee all aspects of implementing GOAL at the school.
These duties include
- Prepping the activity area for the program prior to students arriving for GOAL
- Taking attendance
- Making the bus list
- Prepping and distributing snack
- Managing any behavior issues with students
- Overseeing staff and assisting staff when needed with the implementation of the program
Desired Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience
- Experience and/or certification in physical activity instruction
- Availability to accommodate a varied schedule school after school/evening's
- Experience facilitating programs for middle-school aged youth
- Comply with all Michigan State University, College of Nursing, and Research Center policies and procedures.
