Insight Global Remote Front End Developer in East Hartford, Connecticut
Job Description
Insight Global seeking a Front End Developer to join our software development team, which will develop data analytics applications for a global leader in the aerospace industry. This team will follow the Scrum framework in developing sophisticated new solutions for data consolidation, analysis and forecasting for the client's supply chain. The team will be operating in a large enterprise environment, working with business stakeholders to develop important new capabilities supporting their global operations. As a member of the team, you'll contribute your extensive experience and hard-won knowledge to make substantial contributions to the architecture, design and implementation of complex data analytics applications. You will also partner effectively with the client's Product Owner and stakeholders, translating business needs and technical guidelines into solution designs and incremental deliverables and champion technical craftmanship, continuous improvement practices, and a quality-first mindset. The ideal candidate should possess demonstrated experience working with python programming including django or flask frameworks. They should also be comfortable supporting the front-end data analytics of a product. The Power BI suite of tools is mainly used by the client.

Skills and Requirements
-Must be a U.S. Citizen
-5+ years of software development experience encompassing data structures, APIs/services and user interfaces
-Demonstrated experience with Python programming (Django) to help with building RESTful APIs
-Previous participation in Scrum or other Agile team frameworks
-Front-end data analytics experience - working knowledge of Qlik -React (Typescript) for frontend - MUI X (pro) for UI and data tables. MUI libraries.
-WebGL/JavaScript 3D modeling library experience (eg Three.js, Babylon.js)
-Previous work involving Data Science, Machine Learning, data analytics
-Background working in DOD/Aerospace Industry null
