ABOUT YOU
As Projects and Operations Coordinator, you are highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a knack for managing complex processes and keeping projects on track. You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate clearly, and build strong working relationships across teams and with external partners. You anticipate needs, adapt quickly, and bring a thoughtful, solutions-focused mindset to everything you do. With a strong sense of ownership, you take pride in supporting a high-performing team dedicated to delivering innovative, high-impact infrastructure projects.
What you will do:
Support the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and tools; serve as a key liaison on internal matters.
Assist with onboarding new staff and strengthening departmental culture through coordination of internal programs and process improvement recommendations.
Develop and maintain presentations, reports, and communication tools to support executive meetings and departmental transparency.
Manage administrative tasks, coordinate procurement and bid processes, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to special projects and interdepartmental collaboration.
WHAT YOU OFFER
Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration (or related field) and exceptional writing and communication skills.
7+ years of relevant experience with advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat security features.
Strong analytical skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of public sector operations, transportation regulations, and EEO minority economic development initiatives.
