Eversource Energy 2025 Summer Performance Management Intern in East Berlin, Connecticut
Perform various functions, including analysis, reporting, monitoring and communication of operational performance and financial results. Provide support in system management of corporate financial and performance reporting systems. Assist in maintaining and implementing technology solutions in support of FP&A business processes.
Essential Functions:
- Perform various functions, including analysis, reporting, monitoring and communication of operational performance and financial results
- Working with senior team members, assist with development of analytics and reporting solutions using IBM Planning Analytics, Board, Dimensional Insight, Power BI and Excel
- Provide documentation for regulatory filings as needed
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and support special projects as requested
- Assist senior administrators with system security management and reconciliation processes; research and troubleshoot system issues for resolution

Knowledge:
- Knowledge of financial analyses and model management concepts
- Understanding of financial statements
- Functional understanding of computerized business systems, and strong technical skills with MS Office applications

Education/Experiences:
Workingtoward a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or a closely-related discipline required.
