What You'll Do:
- As a Field Supervisor, you will serve as a senior technical leader of a project team, balancing hands-on fieldwork with administrative project management. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring jobsite productivity, maintaining high-quality work standards, and upholding a safe work environment. This role combines senior trade expertise with project management to deliver structured cabling systems, data centers, or specialty projects on schedule and to established standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise on-site teams, manage resources, and maintain project schedules.
Read and interpret floorplans, drawings, and specifications.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
Collaborate with Scheduling Administrators and Project Engineers.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote company Core Values.
Provide coaching and mentorship to technicians.
What We're Looking For:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
OSHA 30 (within first two weeks).
BICSI certifications preferred.
Experience:
3-6 years in structured cabling or related fields.
3+ years in supervision or training roles.
Skills:
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Expertise in structured cabling systems and industry standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to promote continuous improvement.
