Vice President, Business Transformation-Corporates Customer Segment Do you love to help teams solve hard problems and deliver business value? Are you an exceptional listener and coach? Reporting to the President of Corporates Segment, the VP of Business Transformation, Corporates will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of some of Corporates Segment most critical initiatives - from inorganic growth opportunities to key functional partnerships - as we continue to accelerate growth and drive effectiveness across our business. In addition to leading a team of rock star Transformation Program Leads, you will also be responsible for delivering on the most complex transformation initiatives. Preferred location is any TR hub location or remote About the Role In this opportunity as VP of Business Transformation, you will: Drive relentless customer focus and cross- functional partnership to deliver innovative solutions, and rapid iteration to achieve results. Lead key cross-functional initiatives for the Corporates Segment including, but not limited to, inorganic growth opportunities, go-to-market transformation in line with the Corporates vision, Customer Success iteration, NPS improvement, and other high priority business initiatives. Provide "chief of staff" support to the President of the business, which may include meeting planning, analysis, reporting, and advisory activities. Overall, the chief of staff is a key player in the success of the Corporates Organization, providing strategic and operational support to the Corporates President and helping to ensure that the organization is operating effectively and efficiently. Lead in Customer Advocacy and understanding the interests of the Corporates Customer and ensures the President is supported in providing the highest customer experience with Corporates Products or Services. This includes providing customer feedback and insights to TR stakeholders, which will then improve products, services and customer experiences. The VP, Transformation will also help in the preparation of Executive Customer meetings by leading customer briefing prep, follow-up and participation in the meeting when required. The goal is to act as a liaison between the customer and the Corporates Segment Executive Team, working to ensure all customer needs are met and that Thomson Reuters is providing the best possible customer experience. Facilitation of Strategic Planning and plays a critical role in developing and implementing strategic plans, working with the executive team to identify key priorities and goals. Drive the Corporates Segment operational cadence, in partnership with the President and other functional partners, including leadership meetings, town halls, Subsegment General Manager Workshops, etc. Ensure clear alignment with centralized team(s) and represent pan-Corporates needs in prioritization with partner functions. You're a fit for the role of Vice President, Business Transformation if your background includes: Exceptional facilitation skills, including experience leading senior teams to make critical decisions and move work forward Relentless customer focus, working knowledge of how Thomson Reuters provides value for our customer Superior communication skills, able to distill high volumes of information into concise, relevant reports. Mastery of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint. Demonstrated experience planning, initiating, and delivering complex projects with cross-functional requirements. Actively leads all phases of projects with influence and keeping team members aligned. Identifies, assesses, and manages risks to the success of the project and ensures stakeholders have information to make effective decisions. Builds key relationships with all areas of the business to ensure the success of the project Facilitates transformation by challenging the status quo. Effectively communicates complex ideas at multiple organizational levels and modifies personal approach and style to reflect changing circumstance. Develops and maintains broad knowledge of related functional areas across the business Interacts with senior leadership, both one-to-one and through various committees. Able to look across and take holistic 'One Corporates' view when tackling opportunities. Able to clearly communicate and influence by adapting style to reflect changing needs at all stakeholder levels. BS/BA preferred, MBA preferred Minimum of 15 years of progressive commercial and/or operational experience, including implementation of cross-functional projects in a technology or matrix organizational environment Ability to quickly understand intended outcomes and craft a project plan to accomplish those goals. Experience working with MS Planner and MS Teams to foster virtual collaboration.
