About the Role In this opportunity as Senior DevOps Engineer, you will: Lead the delivery of end-to-end technical solutions for multiple products or complex projects, ensuring exceptional quality and adherence to designated release plans. Manage routine projects with manageable risks and resource requirements, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently, engaging with immediate QA/Software Development Engineer team to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Mentor and train junior colleagues, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth within the team. Influence and articulate compelling software solutions for customers and product(s), explaining difficult concepts and driving adoption of ideas and initiatives. Design, develop, and test software systems and applications, adhering to coding specifications and best practices. Break down customer requirements/problems into actionable tasks for the team, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives. About You You're a fit for the role of Senior DevOps Engineer if your background includes: Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end technical solutions for complex projects, showcasing exceptional problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in software development and testing methodologies, with a strong command of coding specifications and standards. Proven ability to mentor and train junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture. Strong communication skills, with the capability to articulate technical concepts to stakeholders and drive consensus on software solutions. In-depth understanding of business acumen, with the ability to anticipate and interpret customer needs to identify effective solutions.
