Location: Minneapolis/St. Paul Top Skills Needed: ? 3-5 years solid technology experience ? Minimum of 3 years testing experience in areas such as user acceptance testing, application and unit level testing, writing system test cases, executing system tests, creating regression test plans and documenting defects ? Experience with automated testing ? Ability Identify, recommend, and lead QA initiatives to implement changes to enhance the effectiveness of quality assurance strategies and IT efficiencies ? Working knowledge of established methodologies ? Participate in planning, estimating and prioritizing processes to ensure successful execution ? Coach, mentor, and provide guidance to test teams on QA methodology, testing best practices, and test estimation ? Superior problem solving as well as oral and written communication skills
