If Intertech sounds like a place where you could thrive, check out this new opportunity on our team: Position Description: The Delivery Manager position primarily focuses on interacting with clients and consultants to meet project commitments. This position will manage customer-facing engagements by providing process leadership, developing release timeline(s), activity planning/sequencing, negotiating scope/budget, staffing alignment as needed, and partnering with the Account Executive to support the client. Responsible for managing consultant allocation across the engagement, ensuring the best fit of consultant capabilities against customer needs, and working to ensure the organization meets its business and customer satisfaction goals through effective resourcing. Interaction across the company includes all consultants, sales, project managers/engagement managers, and senior leadership. ?Responsibilities: Client Engagement Responsible for successful project delivery using an appropriate agile methodology to ensure the proper communication of expectations. This is a billable role to the client. Execute the engagement strategy from the Account Executive for each project at the assigned client to proactively drive client issues or opportunities to solution. Demonstrate practical application of delivery methodologies, like Agile, to blog about the benefits of the techniques. Develop and optimize tools and processes necessary for efficient and effective project delivery to evangelize and promote positive change throughout all engagements. Coach consultants and client teams on techniques to improve efficiency in delivering on engagements. Facilitate weekly consultant huddles for all clients assigned to the Delivery Manager for project work and staff augmentation engagements. Facilitate project onboarding and off-boarding activities and create collateral, tools, and processes to make these more efficient and effective. Coordinate and contribute to various pre-engagement activities such as proposal writing, client calls/visits, Statement of Work details, skill matrices, and other communication. Facilitate engagement transition events with the Sales team and Consultant(s). Review performance metrics and make recommendations. Consultant Engagement Support Gather feedback for each consultant within the context of an engagement amongst peers and valid external contacts. Seek opportunities to align the consultant's needs to the client's needs, working with the consultant to create SMART goals to achieve that alignment. Review C nsultant Profiles to ensure consistency and high quality, working with the consultant to refine their profile on a consistent basis. Utilize and maintain the professional services automation (PSA) tool for allocation tracking. ? Education and Certification: Total commitment to Intertech s values of attitude, commitment, and excellence Bachelor s Degree from a 4-year college or university.? Equivalent related experience and education may be substituted for the degree. A minimum of 5 years of consulting or software delivery experience is preferred.?
