Job Title: Data Collection Associate
Job Description
As a Data Collection Associate, you will be responsible for conducting sample collections and performing manual audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. You will prepare reagent solutions for manual audits and document audit findings accurately and promptly. Your role will include accurate documentation through filing, data entry, and report preparation. Additionally, you will perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment, collaborate with the Safety & Occupational Health team, and adhere to all company policies and procedures related to safety and hygiene.
Responsibilities
Conduct sample collection and perform manual audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Prepare reagent solutions for manual audits.
Document audit findings accurately and promptly.
Perform accurate documentation, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with the Safety & Occupational Health team to support various initiatives and projects.
Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and hygiene.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma minimum
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Work Environment
1pm - 9pm (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 3 off) - full time
5pm - 9pm (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 3 off) - part time
11pm - 7am (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 3 off) - full time
6pm - 6am (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 3 off) - full time
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
