Job Details Job Location 01 Eagan - Eagan, MN Position Type Full Time Salary Range $18.00 - $19.00 Hourly Job Shift Day Description Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking an Experienced Nursing Home Collections Specialist to join our team in our Eagan, MN office. The Nursing Home Collections Specialist must be a self-motivated, results driven professional who is detail oriented with demonstrated ability to manage accounts receivables for our contracted Skilled Nursing Facilities. Candidate must also possess the ability to manage high volumes with accuracy, timely follow-up and deliver strong collection, research, reconciliation and resolution outcomes. Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Employer Paid Life Insurance Match 401k Eligibility on Day One of Employment FSA Account (Medical and/or Dependent) Pet Insurance Short Term and Long-Term Disability Accident, Hospital Indemnity, and Critical Illness Insurance Vacation, sick, and paid holidays Job Duties Review aging reports and initiate emails and calls to clients with past due balances to arrange for payment Resolve client complaints and research account discrepancies Manage A/R accounts by reducing aged balances 60 days past due Resolve billing issues that have resulted in delinquent payment Provide timely follow-up with clients when expected payment has not been received Prepare credit, adjustment or customer refund documentation for account resolution Escalate difficult collection accounts to management in a timely manner Other related duties as assigned Qualifications Qualifications/Requirements: Desire to create and improve best practices Ability to manage conflict to a mutually beneficial resolution Ability to set goals and achieve them on a regular basis Strong attention to detail and follow through Excellent written and verbal communication Excellent organizational skills Basic computer skills Customer service skills Education/Experience: At least 2 years of experience in collections is required High school degree is required.
