Job Description:
Elicit and translate business reporting needs into technical specifications for business intelligence (BI) implementations.
Develop and manage BI content (reports, dashboards, scorecards, and other analytic solutions) throughout the development lifecycle to facilitate effective business decision-making and performance evaluation.
Lead the planning and execution of BI solutions, emphasizing rapid delivery and high-quality results.
Perform complex analyses using data from various sources and formats, identifying key data trends and patterns.
Evaluate BI tools and develop proof-of-concept and pilot solutions.
Build comprehensive knowledge of business processes and data needs, using this knowledge to develop BI content for end-users.
Coordinate user acceptance testing with business groups to ensure the precise delivery of business requirements.
Stay informed about current and emerging trends in your assigned area(s) of responsibility, understanding their potential impacts and integrating new trends into future solutions.
Support and drive organizational initiatives by positively influencing change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.
Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
