InsightFinder provides innovative machine learning technology to unlock the value in IT operational data, from performance metrics to textual log files, finding root causes for deviations from normal behaviors and recurring patterns, as well as predicting future events and outages to reduce unnecessary human intervention. InsightFinders core technologies and patent-pending solutions are available via online subscription or on-premise deployment. Duties: Design and develop machine learning system infrastructures and core algorithms for the companys Log Intelligence Engine product. Develop the core algorithms to support real-time keyword and phrase extraction, anomaly event detection, similar log entry grouping, principal log pattern extraction using various machine learning technologies such as artificial neural networks, NLP, etc. Build the feature of leveraging the extracted log patterns to achieve lossless log compression for reducing the customers storage footprint. Develop new Restful APIs for new features of the companys product; development incident prediction systems; improve I/O streaming. Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science with coursework inCourse works in applied machine learning and advanced information retrieval.
