Job Title: Continuous Improvement AnalystJob Description
The Continuous Improvement (CI) Analyst coordinates the planning and implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in direct support of the Manufacturing Engineering efficiency program. This role is responsible for working with internal customers to identify information opportunities and practical solutions using systems technology. The CI Analyst will define, scope, and develop or lead data reconciliation to meet project needs within the ERP systems. Additionally, this position supports projects and manages across-system communications to extend functionalities to all business departments.
Hard Skills
ERP systems knowledge (IFS preferred, others accepted)
Previous experience supporting engineering projects
Power BI knowledge

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Durham, North Carolina and some days remote.
Work Environment
Hybrid (3-4 days a week). Need to be on-site most days to interface directly with the project teams. Some work can be done from home depending on the workload.
